Scott A. Gohres
The Founder's middle son, Scott also
learned about his father's philosophy and work ethic by working part-time for
the company during his teen years. He joined the company again in 1992 and took
control of all financial functions and also serves on the company's Board of
Directors. He brings experience in a variety of fields including
computer-based-technologies, graphic design/printing technologies, and over six
years of practical managerial experience. His experience was instrumental in
helping develop the company management information system implemented by Marc.
Scott obtained his BSBA degree at Northern Arizona University and the
University of Phoenix and is currently obtaining a MBA from University of
Phoenix as well. A notable moment in his academic career was being chosen from
over 200 candidates for a yearlong internship at IBM. In addition to his duties
at Gohres Construction Co., Scott is also President/CEO and sole stockholder of
Bravado Consulting, Inc. This company provides property management, accounting,
tax preparation, and business consulting services to a variety of clients in
the valley and handles almost of the business transactions and services to the
several dozen Gohres family companies.
